Mask Reference List

Need a face mask?

Please help keep our community safe! If you are having trouble getting a hold of masks, especially now that they are mandated by the city to be worn in public places, check out the vendors below. There is a wide range of styles and they would make great gifts if you know anyone else who needs a mask! Also be sure to follow proper care instructions to get the best use and longest life out of your masks! This list is in no particular order and I am not endorsing these over other options.

Disclaimer: These masks may or may not fit PPE requirements. What does PPE requirements mean? It means they have N95 or medical grade filters. However, any fabric covering the mouth or nose is better than nothing. Some of these masks are made with pockets to place filters should you have any. And if you are NOT working on the frontline consider using a NON-PPE mask so that those who are working on the front-line can have access to PPE masks. As a frontline worker myself I can tell you we would greatly appreciate it!

Tips for mask usage:

  1. Wash hands.
  2. Place mask over nose AND mouth. Must reach under chin with little to no gaps between mask and face.
  3. Once on DO NOT TOUCH your face NOR the mask.
  4. You MUST social distance even with a mask.
  5. Remove using the back of the straps.
  6. Disinfect/clean the mask immediately.
  7. Wash hands.
  8. Single use masks must be discarded immediately. So invest in a reusable mask!
